Sans Pours with a well formed mousse that subsides to reveal a very pale straw coloured base with greenish tinged edges. Ample flow of tiny bubbles. Peach and pear aromas intermix with some apple, quince, sherbet and subtle lees notes. Vivid pear, apple and citrus fruits are sculptured by crisp acidity with some sherbet characters extending through the back half. The finish dry and racy yet airy in its feel.Alc. 12%
