Bluestone Premier Cuvée 2019

Our flagship wine, aged for 36 months on lees. Aromas of apples, lemons, honey and baked bread. Crunchy granny smith apples and hints of lime evolving into stone fruit notes of apricot. Finishing with lovely hints of toast and honey.

Bluestone Premier Rosé 2021

Citrus and delicate crisp red fruit; cranberry, raspberry and wild strawberry. Finishes with subtle notes of fresh bread.

Bluestone Saignée 2020 (11g/l)

Immediately impresses with juicy and ripe red fruit, followed by rhubarb crumble and custard. Elevated with precise acidity and citrus fruit flavours. Finishes with savoury notes toast topped with whole berry strawberry preserve.
