A white wine from vineyards overlooking the Bay of Biscay in Basque country. Pale green, faint aromas of green apples and plums, very light bright, sharp and salty with biting acidity and a savoury saltiness as well as the classic Txakoli “spritz”. Another unusual grape Hondarrabi Zuri.

The vineyard is situated in a very agricultural area that is exposed to the freshness of the Cantabrian seas, with spectacular views across la Costa Vasca.
