Bodegas Roda Sela 2023 is sourced from this top producer’s youngest bush vines, which are dry-farmed without herbicides and pesticides. In the winery, maceration was relatively short and gentle, avoiding over-extraction and delivering great finesse. Fermentation with wild yeast occurred in oak fermenters, facilitating micro-oxygenation of the must and resulting in a more complex, integrated wine. Finally, the wine aged for 12 months is top-quality second-use French oak barriques.
