From Finca El Mirador in Los Chacayes, one of the Uco Valley’s most prized sub-districts, this single-vineyard Malbec grows at 1,200 metres above sea level on sandy soils scattered with calcareous alluvial stones. 60% is aged for 14 months in new French oak, with the remainder in steel, before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
