92/100 �The 2021 Noble Late Harvest was picked in mid-May via several passes through the vineyard, basket-pressed for two days, then fermented and aged for 36 months in new French oak. It has an attractive nose with fig jam, quince and light marmalade scents, very pure and maybe a little more delineated than the previous vintage. The palate is very well balanced with Seville orange on the entry, possessing wonderful tension and purity through the fresh, slightly Tokaji-like finish.
