Sans Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Pours with plenty of exuberance to the mousse which sits over a pale salmon pink tinged base that has a generous stream of delicate bubbles flowing through it. Alluring rose petal, strawberry and cherry scents are intermeshed with pear, light baked bread and lees notes. The refined palate combines tension and concentration with strawberry, yeast lees and raspberry flavours framed by sculptured acidity. Some chalky mineral characters lie underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with a taut racy aftertaste. Alc. 12.5%
