Bollinger Rosé Champagne is a special non-vintage Rosé and is the first champagne to come from Bollinger for more than 30 years. The new bottle shape was inspired by a 19th-century bottle in Bollinger’s Cellars. When Champagne Bollinger decided to embark on making a rosé, first released quite recently in 2008, its standards were uncompromising: it had to have freshness, of course, but also structure and elegance. Bollinger Rosé therefore, falls within the same vein as Special Cuvée, with its spiced notes.
