Bollinger Rosé Champagne Case Deal includes six bottles of highly technical and fresh Champagne.

The addition of a superb red wine from the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay or the ones in Aÿ, worked in the same way as the vines of the legendary Côte aux Enfants plot, lending it an assertive aromatic power. It also boasts a brilliance, presence and delicate quality that are the hallmark of great blends.

This non-vintage model was modelled on its Special Cuvée blend, combining the fruits of previous harvests with reserve wines from their cellars in Ay, with the final component, which provides the pink colour and delicate aromas, a proportion of still red which comes from Bollinger’s very own Grand Cru vineyards.

Bollinger Rosé Champagne is a blend of 62 % Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier with aromas of summer berries and spice.
