A vibrant, deep pink with elegant mousse in the glass. On the nose this wine expresses aromas of red fruits particularly that of ripe strawberries and red cherries. The palate shows off the balance of clean acidity with a slight sweetness giving a nicely rounded mouth feel. The aromas of strawberries and red cherries are continued over to the palate with layers of complexity from the lees ageing, with a sweet spice character and an undercurrent of aniseed. This elegant medium dry rosé may well be summer in a bottle, excellent to drink on it’s own or with food.

Alcohol 12.5%

Serve with : Desserts (summer ones), salads, picnics, barbeques, grilled sardines, hot smoked fish or gently spiced pumpkin soup.
