Bolney Estate Bolney Bubbly Sparkling Wine is a traditional method quality sparkling wine. Made from Muller Thurgau and Chardonnay grapes. Delightful creamy bready aromas follow through into the mouth with hints of elderflower fruitiness. This wine is aged for 18 months on the lees prior to disgorgement.

Great with fish, especially oily fish; dishes such as seared tuna, salmon en crout? & smoked mackerel pate. Good with chicken risotto too. Served as an aperitif or welcome drink, it will cleanse the palate prior to a rich meal.
