Bolney Estate Cuveé Rosé Sparkling Wine 2019 75cl is a classy vintage traditional (fermented in bottle) method quality sparkling wine, smooth and full-bodied with flavours of red apple and toasty brioche. Simple and well balanced. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Ideal by itself or with traditional canapès. This wine was aged for 18 months on the lees prior to disgorgement and 13.4g/l of residual sugar which puts it in the high to middle of the Brut category. The wine underwent a malolactic fermentation prior to bottling. “Acid is there, but it’s ripe acidity and very well balanced.
