Bols Elderflower is a clear liqueur made by using the cream coloured honey scented blossoms of the elder tree. The aroma is of honey scented elder blossoms leading to a fresh and floral flavour with avery subtle citrus finish. It is the ideal, ingredient for famous cocktails such as the ElderflowerCollins and is also delicious over ice or servedlong with tonic water.
