Grown on sun-drenched siliceous-calcareous soils, the Cinsault andGrenacheGris grapes are carefully sorted and harvested by hand, in keeping with traditional methods. Produced without skin maceration, this grey wine reveals a beautiful rosé colour and an elegant nose combining brioche, honey and exotic fruits.
