Made by friends Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray of Domaine des Deux Roches, this is a great introduction to the whites of Burgundy. A wonderfully fresh and subtly oaked Chardonnay, it has granny smith apple and melon fruit flavours on the elegant palate. The clean cut of slatey minerality gives complexity on the long finish.
