Domaine Roux, based in Saint-Aubin in Burgundy, has been carefully growing the Aligotégrape varietyon the limestone and clay-limestone soils typical of this prestigious region since 1885. This exceptional terroir gives Bourgogne Aligoté a delicately golden pale yellow colour and a sophisticated aromatic bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, peach, lemon and hazelnut. On the palate, it is remarkably fresh, with hints of iodine and salt. Its fruity acidity ensures an elegant finish.
