The beast becomes somewhat softer and all of the components come together to an addictive sip (or gobble); refreshing with delicate notes of quince and toasted buttered green apple on a lively palate dominated by crisp & soft bubbles and a long finish.Excellent value PetNat (which you can easily take along with you!), pairs well with fried chicken, salads, pizza and grilled/roasted pork.
