BulleBonbonSauvage–L’Exquis

Made fromGrenacheNoir and Mourvèdre grapes, it is born from a carefully fermented saignée juice. Its recipe includes a white alcohol infused with local aromatic herbs such as wormwood, sage, hyssop and rosemary, as well as citrus fruits such as bergamot and Seville orange. This double infusion method, directly in the must and separately in the alcohol, gives it a rare aromatic richness. There are delicious, floral notes. The attack is smooth with a beautiful tension between fresh fruit, subtle bitterness and vegetal freshness.
