This cuvée comes from a two-hectare parcel of south-facing clay-limestone and clay-silica soil, giving it great ripeness balanced by a cool limestone terroir. The wine is matured for 24 months in concrete vats and 500-litre barrels. Powerful and elegant, this wine reveals a pure, expressive nose of undergrowth, leather, black fruit and black cherry jam. On the palate, the tannins are still tight. This wine has very good potential after a few yearsâ€?patience.
