One of our personal favourites volcanic Gamays from Auvergne (!). A fascinating interplay between being a juicy/fun wine and serious/complex one. Lovely aromas of wild strawberry and minerality. The palate is full and airy; you’ll know it as soon the first sip hits your mouth â€?this bottle will be finished quickly.. Stoney minerality with fresh sour cherry, wild strawberry concentrate and a long satisfying finish. Have it at your next BBQ with a nice steak on the bone. Thank us later 🙂 we recommend serving very lightly chilled (10-15 minutes in the fridge)
