Drevon is a modelSyrah , rich and luscious. Around a precise aromatic framework of black fruits and spices, this wine displays the best of thisgrape varietywith its silky tannins and plentiful gourmet flavours. A perfect expression of this prized terroir – (re)discover it as soon as possible! The nose is complex and elegant with red and black fruits, spices and oak notes. The vintage is made from a blend of different parcels of the estate that have been vinified separately. A quarter of the wine is aged in oak barrels then blended to achieve the right balance. Its melting tannins mean it can be enjoyed now or in the next 15 years. A masterful result made by Maxime Gourdain.
