Made from the Savagningrape variety , this cuvée is aged for six years and three months in oak barrels without topping up, giving it its unique character and intense aromas. The 2017 vintage offers a complex and powerful nose, dominated by notes of walnut, curry, saffron and dried fruit, typical of fine Vin Jaunes. The wine’s structure is impressive, with a clean attack, liveliness and a full texture.
