Since 1885, the Bougrier family has been creatingfine winesin the heart of the Vallée des Rois, theLoire Valley . The Premices cuvée is a nod to the unique style of Cabernet d’Anjou that the estate seeks to produce: light, structured wines, far from clichéd sweetness, with a fine balance between the fruit, freshness and acidity of Cabernet Franc. Produced from different plots in the best terroirs of Puy Notre-Dame and Trémont, with a wide variety of soils: metamorphic and crystalline rock (schist, sandstone, etc.) or Cretaceous limestone marl (oyster marl). The result is a cuvée with delicate notes of raspberry and spices, lively without any heaviness.
