The wine was aged for 18 months in 48% new barrels. A classic Napa ValleyCabernet Sauvignonwith expressive violets, black fruits, tobacco, subtle baking spices and hints of dried earth and herbs. The palate is full of expressive black cherry, blackberry and black plum, spice box notes and sweet vanilla. A precise, concentrated wine with youthful energy and freshness skilfully balanced by a supple, fine tannic structure.
