This Bourgogne Blanc is the work of father-son duo Camille and Laurent Schaller. Based in Chablis, the estate has been in the family’s hands for generations, though Camille and Laurent were the first to stop selling to négociants and produce wines themselves. Grown on 30-years old parcels of clay and limestone, this Chardonnay displays intense aromas of white flower, lemon, and stone fruit before a well-balanced and highly mineral palate.
