A gentle and beautifully aromatic blend of Pinot Noir and Poulsard (aka Ploussard) made by a newcomer to the Arbois scene, Julien Crinquand / Domaine Les Canons du Jean.

An explosion of sour cherry and ripe wild strawberry on the nose, the palate if full and generous, fruity, pure and feels satisfyingly nourishing. We recommend serving lightly chilled (about 20 minutes in the fridge) and pairing with roasted or grilled poultry dishes.
