Cardenal Mendoza Angelus Orange Liqueur is made by macerating the finest local oranges in Brandy de Jerez. This is then left to marry and age in oak barrels for some time prior to release.

Cardenal Mendoza Angelus Orange Liqueur is the latest conception to leave the Sanchez Romate Winery, affirming itself as one of the most original and distinguished brandies ever to be conceived.

It is in a prestigious distillery founded in 1824, applauded for its traditional Bain-Marie process, where the maceration and the distillation process of the natural elements take place.

Mahogany in colour, enriched with glossy and luminous amber highlights. Its nose features an amalgamation of intricate citrus and spiced notes which evoke sweet aromas of dried fruits. The forepalate comprises a velvety explosion of citrus tones, with hints of bitter oranges and toasted nuance, resulting in a finish which is sweetened, long-lasting and seemingly endless.

This incredible and versatile liqueur consists of an unforgettable experience either served over ice or as a classic or leading-edge cocktail.
