This Carpe Diem 2022 from Domaine de l’Ecu, is a natural wine white produced by Fred Niger. 100% Melon de Bourgogne, produced in Loire Valley.

A 100% natural Melon de Bourgogne, from vines grown biodynamically and planted on a a 1.2-hectare parcel with a granite subsoil, South-East exposure. Manual harvest and yields around 30 hl/ha. The vinification is natural and very respectful, reception of harvest by gravity, direct pressing, this wine is matured exclusively in amphorae for 15 months. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
