The cellars of Rioja really can be as romantic as they sound. Barrel upon barrel of delicious wine, resting and waiting to bebottled to head off to another happy wine drinker. However, logistics cannot be ignored and harvest-time can provide some urgency to create space for the new wine coming in to begin its long and patient journey through the cellar.
