Casa Velha Tinto 2022, produced by Adega de Favaios, is a Portuguese red wine that reflects the richness of the region’s terroirs. After careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place over a period of 10 to 12 days at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and the first racking. Structured and well-balanced, with supple tannins, this cuvée offers flavours of fresh fruit, supported by a slight woody note and a long, persistent finish.
