Olivier Ramé, the winemaker, has decided to break away from the specifications of the local AOC to give free rein to his creativity in his “Dissidents” range, 100% Vin de France appellation. Its watchword: to make wines that are easy to drink, accessible to all and that break with the traditional codes of wine. This white stands out for its subtle aromas of white fruit and floral notes, all wrapped up in a refreshing minerality. On the palate, it offers a fine harmony of roundness and liveliness, with a lingering, delicate finish. “Myth or reality? As Mother Nature warms up, she tends to deprive us of well-balanced wines. So in response, we planted this Vermentino, which provides the tension we’re looking for. And also, it has to be said, because it’s really good!
