A 100% Cattarrato coming from a parcel located at 650m altitude, North East facing vineyards, on Mt Bonifato in Alcamo, which in the western side of Sicily.

Sourced from northeast-facing vineyards at 650m altitude on Mount Bonifato in Alcamo, western Sicily, Catarratto 2023 is a vibrant expression of the island’s indigenous grape. With only 5,000 bottles produced, this pale yellow wine offers refreshing, fruity notes complemented by a subtle saline finish. Its crisp profile makes it an excellent pairing with various seafood dishes, especially batter or tempura-fried and salted varieties. Serve chilled and open five minutes before drinking to fully appreciate its character.
