Cendrillon natural white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Just 30% of the Sauvignon Blanc spent some time in old oak barrels.

Chenin Blanc along with other varieties, styles and all things wine from the Loire valley have been gaining popularity, as wine lovers discover that they are much more than the banal “Bistrot wine” image thats associated with conventional examples. Cinderella is a bottle of 100% Chenin from Touraine that is a textbook example of this variety; bruised apple and brioche aromas lead to a fresh palate of delicate, zesty fruit expression, balanced acidity and a hint of honey on the finish. We recommend opening for 10-15 minutes before serving and chilling to around 8-10c (45 -60 minutes in the fridge). You will enjoy seeing how this wine evolves once it slowly warms up in the room’s ambience. Would pair well with baked trout, country terrine, and mild/semi-mild cheddar.
