A great wine from the Domaine Badoz, family winemakers for ten generations located at the heart of the Jura vineyards. Wines with strong personalities and marked notes of their terroir are to be found in Poligny, in the area known as “Le Revermont”. This Château-Chalon 2018 is listed among the great wines of France as a yellow wine, made with 100% Savagnin grapes. It is aged in oak barrels for 6 years and 3 months, with no evaporation compensation. This results in a smooth, creamy wine with huge aromatic complexity! The wine is full-bodied, balanced with notes of hazelnut and white fruit on the palate. The perfect companion for a cheese or seafood platter!
