Owned by Christian Roulleau, under the management of Laurent Fortin since 2013. Château Dauzac is a wine with an exceptional burst of fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of cassis, black cherry and flowers with a toasted touch. Very balanced, the density of the tannins which compose it have a refinement and an elegance rarely achieved. The wine was aged in barrels (66% new) for 15 months. Promised to be an exceptional wine, it will express itself at its best between 5 and 20 years old.
