The wine is made in temperature-regulated stainless steel vats and then ageing takes place over 12 months in barrels â€?of which 30% are new. Its colour is very dark â€?crimson, clear and glossy. The nose is complex blending red fruits, vanilla and roasted notes with a silky, harmonious attack and a very long, elegant finish. It’s the perfect wine for special occasions and it will only improve over the next few years. If you manage not to drink it, that is.
