Grand Cavalier has created a gastronomic rosé, born from the subtle marriage of the great grape varieties of the south:Grenache , Cinsault,Syrahand Rolle, to which are added the depth ofCabernet Sauvignonand the structure of Mourvèdre. This exceptional blend gives rise to a wine that is refined, complex and perfectly balanced. The colour is a pale, bright lychee pink. The bouquet is explosive: crisp red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant), fresh citrus (grapefruit, lychee), followed by spicy, floral and mineral notes that reveal themselves with aeration. On the palate, elegance reigns supreme. The texture is silky, supported by a lovely freshness. The aromas unfold with finesse, blending fruit, flowers and spices, leading to a long, tense and mineral finish. A rosé designed for the table, which will accompany refined cuisine with brio: grilled fish, white meats, Mediterranean or Asian dishes.
