Located in Vidauban, at the foot of the Massif des Maures, Château Cavalier covers 132 hectares in a single block. Between well-drained sandy soils, cool nights and indigenous yeasts, it produces wines that fully showcase nature. An original blend that reveals all the richness of Provence’s terroir. Pale and crystalline in colour, it has an expressive nose with aromas of pear, white peach, boxwood blossom and yuzu, enhanced by a touch of spice. The palate seduces with its balance between freshness and smoothness, carried by a long, salty finish. A luminous, mineral and elegant white with great ageing potential.
