At the helm, among others, of the Château LaCouspaude(aSaint-Émilion Grand CruClassé), the Aubert family operates 300 hectares and several wineries in the Bordeaux region. Alain, one of the three brothers at the head of the family group, runs Château Hyot in its name. This vintage has given a limpid, pomegranate-coloured wine that, when aired, gives of very pleasant notes of fresh red fruits. This Château Hyot is true to form with its unctuous and fruity, ample and rich palate. Distinguished and harmonious, this Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux is a delicious success!!
