Château Lafleur du Roy 2020 is a remarkable wine, awarded 2 stars and a Coup de Cœur by the Guide Hachette des Vins 2024. This vintage is distinguished by its beautiful aromatic complexity: candied cherry, black fruits, white flowers and blackberry jam. On the palate, it is full-bodied, powerful and rich, supported by mellow, velvety tannins, with toasted and brioche notes from barrel ageing. The freshness persists through to the finish, offering excellent ageing potential, ideally between 2027 and 2035. Only 20,000 bottles have been produced, to be served between 17 and 18°C, perfect with red meats, white meats or cheeses.
