Château La Grolet 2022, owned by the Hubert family, is a Demeter-certified, biodynamically farmed Côtes de Bourg. Situated on a clay-limestone and gravel terroir, this estate produces authentic, lively wines that reflect all the richness of the Bordeaux region. This 2022 reveals a deep colour with garnet highlights. The nose is expressive and elegant, combining aromas of ripe red fruit (cherry, blackcurrant), sweet spices and light woody notes. The palate is well structured, with silky tannins and a lingering finish of mineral and spicy notes. A blend ofMerlot ,Cabernet SauvignonandMalbec , this wine seduces with its full-bodiedness and lovely freshness, while offering a lovely aromatic complexity. Aged in vats and barrels, it preserves the pure expression of fruit and terroir.
