The 2022 vintage is the result of an exceptional year, marked by a dry winter and an unusually hot summer, which produced perfectly ripe and concentrated grapes. The blend ofSauvignon BlancandSémillon , aged for 15 months on lees in French oak barrels, reveals all the richness and elegance of the terroir. On the nose, it seduces with floral notes of white flowers and fruity aromas of apricot and pear, with an exotic touch of pineapple. On the palate, it is fresh, round and smooth, and the finish reveals a subtle hint of saltiness, the signature of the terroir.
