Château Minuty Rosé et Or is an Estate rosé wine, and is the winery’s three main terroirs expertly blended to create the winery’s signature subtle flavour and intense aromas. The Rosé is HEV certified, which means that each grape is hand-picked, with low temperature alcoholic fermentation and no malolactic fermentation.

Each grape is picked from one of the winery’s three main vineyards, with terroirs of sand, schist and clay, and combine to create a remarkably fresh wine.
