The Château Olivier Blanc has a fragrant bouquet of citrus fruits and lime flowers, with notes of pear and slight hints of granite that surface during aeration. On the palate it is very well balanced with lively acidity – green apple, gooseberry and a touch of sour lemon towards the finish. There is something akin to theLoirehere, maybe a little likeSancerre , but whatever the stylistic appearance, it is actually a very nice white Bordeaux that will delight from the start!
