Conjuring up images of Provençal lavender fields, this is a truly elegant rose from Château Saint-Jean which counts L’Occitane en Provence as its neighbour in Manosque. The winery has a storied history and since 2016 Constance and Jean-Guillame d’Herbés (fifth generation) have been producing an elegant range of organic wines. This is a fine example; fruity and lively with red fruits, citrus and lychee, it has a wonderfully fresh palate with grapefruit and pineapple notes.
