STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaine Château Saint-Michel, situated in the heart of Bordeaux’s esteemed Sauternes appellation (on the Bel Air plateau near Illats), is part of the Maison Rivière estate. Nestled on gravel soils over clay-limestone subsoil, its 2.5-hectare vineyard employs sustainable, hand-harvested cultivation to produce graceful sweet whites.
