There’s a fluidity, a bright seam of precise fruit that flows through the wine with super balancing acidity underpinning the purity of flavour. That flavour is white peach and ripe apple, fresh and succulent with delicious length for a ‘village’ wine. Dauvissat now has 13.5 ha of vines in total, and this Chablis is a clear leader among its peers.
