Part of the much bigger Montmains vineyard, this wine is a peach: pure white, fleshy peach in the mouth with a bead of fresh acidity pulsing through it. Effortlessly stylish, beautifully balanced with depth of flavour, purity of flavour yet soft and satisfying with great length. Hugely impressive, as this cuvee often is, this is superb Chablis.
