100% Pinot Noir. Our Rosé has been fermented slowly at low temperatures to maximise the aromatic expression and given 26-29 months on lees; enough the create a soft mouthfeel without losing its freshness.

This is a delicately coloured English Rosé that has masses of beautiful strawberry and cream flavours with hints of vanilla and summer roses. The bubbles are delicate and gently complement the elegance of the wine.
