Chambolle Musigny Les Chatelots 2022 Magnum is an organic and biodynamic Burgundy red wine produced by Cyprien Arlaud at the iconic Arlaud Estate.

100% Pinot Noir from vines grown biodynamically, planted on clay-limestone soils, the plot is ploughed by horse and harvested by hand. The grapes are sorted twice. Vinification: total destemming, maceration for around 30 days, with little punching down. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with 30% new oak. Bottled on the estate by gravity, without fining or filtration, respecting the lunar cycles of the biodynamic calendar, with sparing use of sulfites. Around 300 bottles produced.
